Book a class at Estonia's only Gin School. Choose from many botanicals to create the perfect gin just for you! Learn the history of gin from our gin instructors, all while you enjoy complimentary cocktails.
This event is hosted by our Master Distiller Steen Lerche-Jensen and will be in English. There will also be 1-2 Estonian gin-instructors who will support Estonian speakers if needed. Written material will be in both Estonian and English.

This experience includes
Arrival
You will be greeted with a Gin & Tonic upon arrival, or a non-alcohol drink.
Tour
You will be guided into the small distillery, where you will have a small tour, from the production of Gindome Gin, to the botanicals used, and the bottling process.
Gin Making Class
You will create your own recipe, after learning the basic of Gin making.
Distillation
The pot-stills are set, and it is time for more G&Ts while everyone waits for their Gin to finish distillation.
Gin Bottled
Once your Gin has been collected in glass beakers, you will dilute it down to 43% VOL, bottle it, sealed, and write your My Gin label. Both of your will get a bottle with you home, ready to show your friends your master piece - So two bottles will be produced.

The whole gin education class will take around 3 hours. You will have lots of opportunities to interact with our staff and your fellow learners. This is a very social and very fun experience.
