The story behind...
In ancient Greek mythology, ambrosia was revered as the divine sustenance of the gods, believed to grant eternal life to those who partook of it. Not only was it described as a heavenly food or drink, but ambrosia also symbolized immortality, bestowing everlasting vitality upon those who consumed it. Additionally, in Greek lore, Ambrosia was the name of a nymph who, as the myth recounts, transformed herself into a grapevine to evade Lycurgus, the king of Thrace. Lycurgus, in his zeal, had prohibited the worship of Dionysus, prompting Ambrosia's clever concealment. Over time, the term "Ambrosia" evolved among later writers to denote any exquisite liquid, reflecting its enduring allure and mystique

How to drink Ambrosia
Ambrosia is not as sweet as the usual "pink style" gins which the red color might indicate. The mediterranean botanicals used in this gin is far from the ingredients of a traditional sweet fruit gin and Ambrosia is in many ways a very fresh version of a normal exclusive dry gin. This gives the bartender or you at home a lot of options since you can play with Ambrosia's great taste and interesting color without losing the dry gin taste that many of us love. It is perfect in a G&T but is can also be used in a lot of different cocktails.Ambrosia is 45% vol and comes in 500ml bottles.
