Negroni
Master distillers suggestion
Negroni with Gindome dry gin is the best Negroni I have ever tasted so far. We tried with two different bitters. The difference was huge. The vermouth we chose is my favorite vermouth. Carpano Antica Formula is amazingly good. It tastes great, so it took a Gindome dry gin to not be overwhelmed by the vermouth.

Negroni Gindome Navy version
If you use the Gindome Navy which is 58,2% and you feel it is a bit to strong for you, then add 2cl Indian or Mediterranean Tonic. The Gindome Navy is deep, round and smooth so you might like it without tonic.. try it out both ways.
The reason to use the Navy version is that when you distill and keep high ABV (alc %) then a lot more taste is kept in the final gin. This give a taste experience that is very unique and special.
