Here is a Gin and Tonic with Gindome dry Gin. This is an exciting gin with many possibilities. You can play with all kind of options, and this is just a suggestion of what you can use.
I would also like to try with blueberries and mint as a garnish, or Rhubarb, Cranberries. Many possibilities. Also feel free to try different tonic, to find what is the right tonic for you
Gin and Tonic with Gindome dry Gin
Description
Ingredients
- 4 cl Gindome Dry Gin
- 8 cl Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water
- Orange peel
- Fresh coriander
Other Indian or mediterranean Tonic can also be used. Try with diffirent to get it perfect for you.
This is what you need
- Ginedome dry Gin
- Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water
- Measuring cup
- Copa glass
- Potato peels
- Orange
- Fresh coriander
- Isbiter
Decorate with
- Orange peel
- Fresh coriander
Proceed like this
- Wash and dry the fruit you are going to use as a garnish
- Peel about 5 cm of the fruit you want to use in the glass
- Measure out the gin and tonic. Pour this into the glass
- Fill with ice cubes until the ice cubes protrude above the liquid
- Give the herb broom a slap to bring out the aroma and place it neatly on top of the ice.
- Clean up after yourself. During the time it takes, your Gin and Tonic have become cold
- Taste and adjust the amount of tonic and garnish if necessary

Old Tom Version
Try the recipes but use the Gindome Old Tom instead of the Gindom Viking Dry. The little sweetness in the Old Tom lift the classic Gin & Tonic up to a new level.
